Cancellation Policy

Booking deposits will be fully refunded if we receive written (email) cancellation two weeks prior to guest’s arrival, after which, the fifty percent booking deposit will be considered as the cancellation charges and will not be refunded. If cancellation takes place after full payment is made, but before 48 hours of arrival, the booking deposit will be held as cancellation fees and the balance will still be refunded. Any cancellation within 48 hours of guest’s arrival date will be considered as a no show and no refund will be provided.
